Craig Raeburn joined TyMetrix in 2002 and is the Managing Director of TyMetrix Legal Analytics. Craig brings over 20 years of experience in legal technology and performance management to his role at TyMetrix.
During his career working in corporate law departments, as an industry consultant, and as an executive at a number of legal technology companies, Craig has amassed a deep knowledge and expertise around the business of law and driving operational excellence. In his current capacity, Craig is responsible for delivering products and solutions to the legal marketplace that enable corporate law departments, insurance carriers, and law firms to gain insights into market trends, improve operational outputs, and gain understanding of the true drivers and influencers of performance.

Silvia Hodges is Director of Research Services for the Legal Analytics team. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and research in the banking and legal sectors, blended with a background in financial and legal journalism and academia.
Before joining TyMetrix in 2012, Silvia was a Consultant for US and international clients. Previously, she worked in global communication and business development at the Italian law firms Toffoletto e Soci and Trevisan & Cuonzo. She also worked in global communications for PR firm Weber Shandwick, and at EAN International (the International bar-coding association). Her journalism career took her to several German TV stations and daily newspapers. She created a bi-weekly column on law and accounting firm marketing for the Italian daily business journal Italia Oggi, and has authored several books on law firm marketing.
All this has given Sylvia extensive international knowledge of marketing, communications & business development in the professional services industries. She is currently working on a text book on law firm marketing as well as The Law Firm as a Business. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law and an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Emerson College. She continues to publish and be quoted on the subject of law firm marketing and management in influential legal and mainstream media outlets such as The New York Times and European Lawyer.
