Bob Blacksberg is Principal of Blacksberg Associates, LLC. Bob Blacksberg’s experience spans two decades of technology consulting and implementation, following a law practice in which he was a partner at two Philadelphia law firms. His current work includes counseling law firms on technology planning and strategy, CLE presentations and presentations at the 2012 International Legal Technology Association Annual Conference at sessions entitled “Metadata: Deal with It!” and “iPads as Laptop Replacements.”
Bob served as Director, Practice and Project services at Drinker Biddle & Reath, where he led the adoption of the iManage document management system, SharePoint and Plumtree portal technologies and served as project manager for other key projects, including disaster recovery. Bob earned his J.D. at Harvard Law School and A.B. at The University of Chicago.
Lynn Frances has been writing about legal technology for electronic discovery and risk management for the past twelve years. During that time, she has worked with service providers, organizations and publications to provide technical content for non-technical audiences. Her current work includes technical and marketing writing, CLE course design and consulting with technology providers on their software development. Lynn holds an MS in Education with an emphasis on Online Learning from California State University, East Bay.
Bonnie leads marketing and communications for Microsystems. She works with internal subject matter experts and industry leaders to provide educational information and ideas that help document-intensive companies maximize the use of Microsystems software and services.
