Charlene has been with Morrison Foerster LLP since 2000, where she is the Firm Wide Records Manager.  During her tenure, she has implemented a records system that contains over forty-nine million messages and other electronic documents.  She has been past president of both the Golden Gate and Silicon Valley Chapters of ARMA and is currently ILTA's Records Management Peer Group Vice President.

Patricia A. Fitzpatrick currently provides strategic direction and vision for the Conflicts of Interest, Docket/Calendar, Library and Records departments of a 650 attorney law firm. Her focus is to define and implement loss prevention initiatives that minimize malpractice risk by introducing new internal controls and technologies that meet this objective.  Ms. Fitzpatrick is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society.  She has over 23 years experience working in and consulting with law firms.
