Marc Victor is the nationally recognized leader in applying decision tree analysis to assist in determining settlement value and planning pre-trial and trial strategy.  His past consulting retentions have involved some of the nation’s largest and most complex cases, many of which settled for over $1 billion.  Since 1980, Mr. Victor has trained over 12,000 in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and claims professionals on the use of decision tree analysis for all types of litigation matters.

Marc has been a Visiting Professor at Tulane Law School, and has lectured frequently at Stanford, Hastings, and other law schools around the country.  He has also addressed numerous bar groups including the Section of Litigation of the ABA and has authored a number of articles on the application of decision tree analysis to litigation.  Marc graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in economics from Dartmouth College. He received his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School and his M.B.A. degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the State Bar of California.

Bennetta Trahan is Vice President of Business Intelligence Solutions at Datacert.  In this capacity, she is responsible for driving both the product strategy and delivery of Datacert’s reporting and business intelligence (BI) products, including BI tools and infrastructure.  Prior to her current role, Bennetta served as Datacert’s Director of Product Management, in which she oversaw the development and delivery of Datacert’s legal matter and spend management products, as well as its patent-pending Passport® technology platform. 

Bennetta has over 20 years of cross-functional business experience in both large companies and small start-up operations.  Before joining Datacert, Bennetta held several management-level positions in IT, Marketing, and Operations at companies such as PROS, NetIQ, and Baker Hughes.  Bennetta’s degrees include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.   She is actively involved with the MCCA (Minority Corporate Counsel Association) and is an alumna of Pragmatic Marketing.
